Description

Plant-based mayonnaise with basil, offering a fragrant and Mediterranean flavor.

Soybean oil 49.5%, water, sunflower oil, lemon juice 2%, concentrated basil 1.6%, sugar, apple cider vinegar, MUSTARD*, salt, pregelatinized corn starch, stabilizer: xanthan gum (E415), turmeric.

To produce 100g of our concentrated basil we use 165g of fresh basil from our fields.
