RADICCHIO AND WALNUTS PESTO

Description

Radicchio and walnut pesto, not heat-treated to preserve its natural flavor. A hint of basil enhances its complexity, making it perfect for refined dishes.

Sunflower oil, concentrated radicchio 28%, WALNUTS* 8%, dehydrated onion, sugar, salt, concentrated basil 2.5%, red beetroot, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270).

To produce 100g of our concentrated basil we use 165g of fresh basil from our fields.
