GENOVESE PESTO

Description

Fresh Genovese pesto is not heat-treated, in order to preserve the authentic taste of the original recipe. Ideal for pasta dishes, appetizers with cheese and crostini, or to enhance flavorful salads.

Extra virgin olive oil 48.4%, concentrated basil 20%, CASHEW NUTS*, parmigiano reggiano PDO (MILK*, salt, rennet) 4%, pine nuts, salt, sunflower oil, garlic, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270). May contain traces of peanuts.

To produce 100g of our concentrated basil we use 165g of fresh basil from our fields.
