DRIED TOMATO PESTO

Description

Dried tomato pesto with a bold and intense flavor. Its rich texture and the addition of basil bring vibrancy and character to any dish. Ideal for appetizers and aperitifs.

Rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes 49.5%, sunflower oil, tomato pulp, concentrated basil 2.7%, capers, garlic, wine vinegar, chilli pepper, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid (E300).

To produce 100g of our concentrated basil we use 165g of fresh basil from our fields.
